It's been a while but I figured I'd give an update on Fern.

Overall he's still frustrating. However, I'm backing down slightly on Dose to see what happens. From April 14-19th he was in jail (boarding at the vets) and they decided to be very conservative. However overall it looks like it might be a good idea as I got 2 blacks when we got back home in the PM being more aggressive.

I am now likely to change vets. There seems to a complete lack of communication back on their part whenever I ask a question. I still have not gotten advise from a question asked on 3/24 and after multiple e-mails and phone calls I gave up. I also did not like that they changed my cats food while boarding and didn't contact me about it. (Fern ate fine it was the other 2 they switched). They also didn't explain why/how the cats weren't eating. If it was they just didn't eat immediately when the food was put down then to me it's no worry as they are grazers. Plus the vet techs seemed confused by my requesting the data from Fern's tests during boarding when I was asking about specifically what was going on.

A curve would really be helpful, when you can. I am wondering if there are some low numbers in the middle of the cycle and he is bouncing or if it is pretty yellow......

@BJM has some great questions for interviewing a vet. If you live in a good sized city, you might post on Health and see if anyone in your town knows a good FD vet.
