Is someone able to help with regard to how I can make my spreadsheet 'View Only', please.

When you publish it according to the instructions, it is view only for anyone that clicks on the link. Is that what you are trying to accomplish?

Right now, we can't see your spreadsheet at all

If you want us to be able to see it (we won't be able to make any changes), go to the top right corner and hit "share"....a new box will pop up.....at the bottom right of that box, click "advanced" and then choose "anyone with the link can VIEW"

Click "Done"

Yes that is correct but I notice on a couple of other spreadsheets that I have viewed, they have 'View Only' noted on them.
