Fancy Feast gravy lovers

(This is my first post since I initially joined this wonderful site)
I feed my Ollie FF classic beef poultry variety, but received Amazon shipment today, and realize I ordered 72 cans of the F2F Gravy Lovers variety by mistake. I called Purina to get the carbohydrate % of it, and was told all 3 flavors are under 5%, one as low as 3.4%! Can this possibly be correct?

No. The gravy-style foods are much higher in carbs, that's why we use them to raise BG when our kitties drop too low.

I have not dealt with them but from the reports of other who have, I understand that Purina's customer service department can be "difficult", at best.

Per Dr. Lisa chart FF Gravy Lovers are 15% - 20%.

This just makes me sick. How does Purina get away with lying to customers seeking help!??

Yeah, I don't know about their customer service. But Tanya is correct. You do not want FF Gravy Lovers. I have all our cats on FF Classic. There are 6-10 kinds. They each seem to have a favorite but they get variety.

Yes, I've been feeding F2F Classic all along until I ordered Gravy Lovers by mistake. I will exchange it for FF Classic.

Thank you all for your replies and help with this. I'm still very put out with Purina, however, for LYING to me when I contacted them today. Going to follow up on this, starting with my vet and probably more effective, Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. Will find out where/what regulatory body this needs to go to, as this needs to go to be corrected.
