I'm Jennifer and some of you may remember me from a couple years ago and my kitty Vegetable (GA) and then Tutz.
I'm happy to report Tutz is still holding a strong remission since October 2016! Tutz lives with my ex-husband in BC. They have an inseparable bond since the day we got her.
Yesterday I got to me my new extra sweet kitty Faith for the first time. Faith comes from a rescue in Ontario and a very awesome group of people helped transport Faith from Toroanto, Ontario to me here in Calgary, Alberta. Faith has spent the last two years in a foster home with Ninette. Ninette has done a great job caring for Faith and nursing her back to health.
Faith is about 4 years old and has had a tough life so far for being so young! Faith was a stray cat that someone found her and brought her to a wonderful rescue who then set her up in a foster home with Ninette. Faith was diagnosed with Pyometra (uterine infection) and her foster mom nursed her back to health with lots of love after she had surgery. A couple months ago Faith had some dental work done.
So now that Faith is in her forever home she is already getting spoiled with lots of love and we are going to work hard at getting her blood sugar down into normal numbers. She is a super sweet kitty that is very calm and relaxed although her tummy is sensitive so she is not a big fan of being picked up at the moment.
