eyes on health - toxoplasmosis experience?

Anyone know anything about toxoplasmosis. This newbie has two diabetic cats - one had DKA, one had a hypo and seizures and now toxoplasmosis and vomiting and diarrhea. Lots of issues to address.. lots of eyes would be good . I am trying not to confuse her with too much info and deal with the issues a couple at a time.
