Hi - I just started, in to week 3. I spoke with my vet last week about pro/cons of insulin, etc. We are going to keep on this routine for another week or 2 just to get my routine down as I switched to all wet/not dry food, switched from freestyle 24/7 eating to 2 meals/day with 2 or 3 snacks. And, I have 3 other kitties to manage too. My dose is 2.5 units BID. Let me know how/if I can help you. I going to test at 10 PM.
