eyes on health - Glipizide... reading of 47?

Really need some experienced eyes here. She gave the Glipizide and now the cat is at 47. She just gave some HC. Am trying to find out when she gave the pill but I have no idea of duration etc.... Not even convinced the cat is diabetic!
