911 ER vet - northern NY?

My cat needs urgent treatment for hepatic lipidosis &/ what's causing her anorexia, jaundice, & weight loss.

Our vet has given up. Will not prescribe any anti-nausea except 5days of Cerenia. Will not pursue feeding tube or anything more aggressive than syringe. Says that she's at end of life, unless she chooses to eat, & there's nothing we can do.

No other vet nearby (ER or regular) has openings to see her this week. Does anyone know of a vet in northern NY (or surrounding states, e.g. Vermont) that is currently ACCEPTING new patients w/urgent conditions?

For more details on this ongoing crisis, see: https://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/threads/not-eating-improving-despite-treatment-help.265638/

Her labs have been added to her spreadsheet, I'm working to add her BG, but it's been 102-130 range.

If you know anyone who could see her this week & treat her, please let me know. Otherwise we are going to lose her.

This may be too far for you, but we took our 20-year-old unregulated hyperthyroid cat to Oradell Animal Hospital in Paramus, New Jersey. They were able to diagnose the problem (our cat needed to be on oral medicine, not by ear), and I feel they saved his life.
They are very expensive though, but honest.

Did you get offer you ondansetron for the nausea? They write a script and you get it for a human pharmacy.
Don’t give up….your vet needs reporting. Please keep us posted.
Hi Bron on Caleb's previous post , the vet said
Caleb's vet visit from today post #50 on the previous post
This kitty needs help ASAP
@Bron and Sheba (GA)
This poor kitty

Caleb I can see in the labs that the ketones are up to 1.5 mm/l which means you really must try and get your kitty into a vet urgently as Patches is in danger of diabetic ket (DKA) which is a medical emergency.
Please ring one of the Er vets and say Patches has ketones in the urine, won’t eat and needs to be seen urgently.
