Enlarged kidneys help any advice will help!

Hi my name is Ashley and Tigger is my 14 yr old diabetic rescue he was taken to the vet last Friday and I was told his kidneys are enlarged by 50% on each side he is scheduled for dental surgery next Thursday but am very worried that he may not make it through. He was seen about a month ago and he did not have enlarged kidneys at that point. Has anyone else experienced enlarged kidneys?? Any advice at this point will help in regards to this. He is on 10 days clyndamycin and have attached his blood work on another post I made under need advice.

Hi Ashley,
I am sorry Tigger is not well. I am a newbie so can't offer any advice. I am sure someone will come along soon and will be able to help you. It is such a worry when our kitties are sick.

What does your vet think is the cause of the enlarged kidneys? Can you go back to your vet to find out more about the enlarged kidneys? Or at least talk to him?
Is Tigger eating and drinking OK? And is he using the litter box OK?
