Does anyone have specifics on the Vitamin B-Complex and fish oil supplements? I know the preference for the latter is for the source to be small fish and not salmon, but what about breakdown of EPA and DHA? And B-Complex seems a bit vague, as there are a lot of different options in the marketplace. Any recommendations for specific brands? Amazon seems to have decent prices, but I don't want to order the wrong stuff. I'm preparing to attempt my first batch.
