Thelma (CHART) has a 174 reading this morning, I tested twice to be sure it was accurate she was 181 at 8:56 and 174 at 8:58 with our relion prime meter, 30 min later she was at 171, 50 min later she was at 161 I dosed her with .50 Lantus, she's normally on .75 We're still very new to the diabetic journey, I hope I did the right thing, I have no idea how or when to adjust dosing. I'm also opening to trying the tight regulation, but I have no idea how it works. Im narcoleptic and its pretty hard for me to get a reading past the pmps, is this really terrible??
