Dosing Question

The vet recommended that I increase brioches insulin dose to 4 units. I went ahead and made the change and it actually made a large difference in his BG levels. I’m not sure if I should continue on 4 units or if I should decrease his dose to prevent him becoming hypoglycemic? I’m honestly just not sure what range I should be concerned about in relation to decreasing a dose. His spreadsheet is up to date, but if you have any questions let me know

I would not have gone from 3 to 4 units of vetsulin. You would be much better going up slowly and going to 3.25 units and seeing how that goes. If he drops under 90 you need to reduce the dose by 0.25U.
