Dosing question/high/lows

Corky has been experiencing high glucose today please advise on dose for the meal/dosing at 4PM

Corky dropped below 90 several times and per SLGS that means the dose should have been reduced. However it appears you didn’t lower the dose.

His new dose should be 0.75 u.

thank you I'm miserable, but getting there I will reduce dose, although today it has quite high only 1 low still lower dose?

We don’t dose by the highs we dose by how low he goes. Remember what we have been telling you, every time he goes under 90, he gets a reduction. You need to follow the dosing method please.
