Dosing Advise drop to 2u or a fat 2u

So Fern had his dental 1+ week ago. He was high then he dropped lower and now he's back up. (400s-300s to a 200 back to the 400s). The last three shots I've given a 2.5 skinny based on the fact I think he is bouncing, should if it drops back to the 300s look at dropping down to 2u. I will be able to get better midday readings over the weekend.
 
Looks like you went with 2? I think that's fine. The midday tests this weekend will probably help fill in the puzzle some for us!
 
Yes at least for this morning. Since he was on the lower end of the range that he's been cycling on I want to see if this doesn't result in a bounce back up. I think for now I'll have a 3 dose scale over 375 2.5u, 300-375 2u and under 300 1.5u (The 1 unit my vet says does not appear to be enough at this time). The change from 2.5 u to 2 u number might adjust a bit.
