Dosing advice

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if someone could look at my spreadsheet and tell me if I should increase Benson’s dose to 0.75? I’m not sure if the higher nadir is due to the missed dose last week, and if so should I wait and do another curve next weekend first before I make any changes?

Also you will need to change to world view to get all of his info, it didn’t translate over to us for some reason

With either method an increase is needed. If you can get a +2 and it’s lower than the preshot it’s good to grab a +5-7 test at night as many cats drop lower at night. That might explain some if the pink amps numbers if he’s dropping into green at night and bouncing back up.

With SLGS we evaluate every 7 days. With TR after 3-5 days. When you see blue nadirs with TR you hold at least 10 cycles or 5 days.

I have it printed off yes. I was just wondering based on the missed pm dose last week if maybe I should wait a bit before increasing his dose. On the world view of my spreadsheet you will see I’m doing SLGS

Please add SLGS to your signature. I saw the skipped shot but att bat point an increase was due. It’s fine if you want to hold a little longer.
