Dosing advice PMPS 250 Baco

Hello,

Baco just started yesterday at PM with 0.60 dose.
She is now giving me a 250 at pmps, really low(not used to this kind of # at PS times) for the first time in weeks.
Now is the question, should I keep giving the 0.60 dose? or should I reduce it a little?
I'm around to monitor her this PM so I can test her +2 untill +5

Okay, I had to give her her dose because of the time.. gave her 0.60 due to the fact that I can monitor her this PM..
Still would like to know what your thoughts were, did I do the right thing?

So sorry! At work and just logged in for a sec to check on things. Yes I think you did the right thing. It didn't bring her too low yet and since you can monitor I think it's a good dose. Hopefully this means we're finally getting a dose that Baco needs! (Anti jinx).

Well we don't know how low it brought her due to the fact that I had to work all day and couldn't monitor her during the AM cycle. Maybe her nadir was a blue or green # (we'll never know )
I hope this new dose is doing it's magic, i'm anxious to see what her +2 will bring us, hopefully a cool blue # that would be so great.

+2 passed just now, and she gave me 212 (coming from 250) Not a blue # yet, but it will do for now. Besides, it's just 2 hours past her dose.
The drop is not huge, and that's how I like it.. She's really getting the hang of this whole insuline cooping with thing, don't you think?
She is really going down slow this last couple of days..
