I’d already taken two back to back reductions so thought shouldn’t take another so soon. Maybe should reduce now

That was his 5th cycle on the dose so more than likely depot was stable. Just keep an eye on him, and definitely take a reduction in the morning if he earns one tonight

With SLGS a reduction is taken if under 90. He night very well earn it again tonight. I’d get a +2.

I don't see any tests past the 90 at +3, and I figure you're at +5 now. If you see this, please check him again to make sure he's not going too low. Please take a reduction down to 0.25U in the morning, or consider a token dose/skip if he goes low tonight or has a low AMPS (you can always post for help if you're not sure)

And a reminder that SLGS requires a curve once a week. With the data you have, I can't tell when his nadir is. It's also a good idea to get tests at different times each if your schedule allows - so some +2s, +4s, +6s, possibly even some +8s. That helps you build a filler picture of his cycles over time

Since he went down at +3 you needed to test more as he very well could drop too low, most likely under 90. The low point in the cycle is often +4-+7.
