Dose reduction?

Buddy is on his 8th or 9th cycle of 1.5u....he's still bouncing alot, but he did go down to bg50 today , and that's after he ate. Should i reduce to a F1.25 tonight?
I will be home all day tommorw and the next day to watch him, so i'm not that worried about hypo. Thanks!

If you gave his shot this morning at +11,(I notice his shot last night was an hour late) that is why he dropped to 50, so no I would not reduce. I still don't think I'd reduce even if this AM's shot was at +12 because his liver is still reacting too much. On TR Lantus think they call it liver training, where they maintain the dose since it's getting good nadirs, but there is still a lot of bouncing going on.
