Dose question in Health - help?

Lantus kitty, going from Wellness dry to Friskees pates cold turkey. Previous dose was 4u. Question is to reduce to one, or skip on a BG of 308? Help?

I have way too many browser windows open but there are actually two brand new lantus kitties posting tonight.. One on 4u and the on 5u.
