Dose advice

Can you do a curve this weekend? This is our document describing how we dose Vetsulin: BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO CANINSULIN/VETSULIN. The short answer to your question is, it is not time to increase. We keep the same dose for Vetsulin for a week, and do a curve sometime in there. If the nadirs are between 90 and 149, we keep that dose. Felix's nadirs are in that range now, so you wouldn't change his dose unless his nadirs change.
