DOSE ADVICE

Is it possible I am doing something wrong that the sugar level increases at +1? I know for a fact it went in today. I am just running speechless. I didn't increase yet. I will do it tonight as yesterday morning he moved and we got a fur shot. He seems to be a little sick with discharge from eye and nose. I will be getting him a prescription tomorrow.
 
You aren’t doing anything wrong. What you see is a food bump at +1. Totally normal. Lantus usual kicks in at +2. Fir Max it was more like +2.5 unless he started low. ECID.
 
thank you for explaining :) I am so stressed with all these bad numbers. I think he is bouncing again :( What's ECID?

every cat is different

I don’t think this is a bounce. I think it’s the carbs and not at the breakthrough dose yet. It’s hard to see high numbers and bounces but you are working to change that so don’t get discouraged. :bighug:

Thank you! It's strange I was seeing better numbers before Thursday then went downhill. He got the sniffles yesterday and today too which doesn't help. Although I am excited to see *WEIGHT INCREASE* yahooo:woot:
