Don' know what to do - again

Hi, all, looking for advice again. Squallie tested at 257 this morning, I fed him and then tested him again about 50 minutes later, it was 265. He is currently on 7 units of Vetsulin but I am afraid to give him that much! Should I go ahead with the 7 units, or would it be safer to give him a little less, maybe 4 or 5 units?

Yes, I think 6.5 or 7 is OK.
