Does anyone's Kitty have a late nadir

I have noticed in the last week when I check BG at a later time such as @ 8 hrs or 11 hrs, my cat Buddy will have a lower BG than at the usual time such as @ 6 hrs when it should be lower. Has anyone ever heard of this happening to their cat or anyone else's cat. I am concerned.

I forgot to say my SS is not up to date, I just do not seem to have the time to post it.
 
Yes, Neko nadired late all the time, even later when she was breaking a bounce. The latter is quite common. On Lantus I saw her nadir as late as +13, so an hour into the following cycle, even later on Levemir. There is a "typical" nadir on Lantus, which I guess you are calling usual, but it's ECID. Nothing to be concerned about, just don't assume you can stop testing at +6 all the time.

I was worried that something is wrong, but he could have been breaking a bounce which we still have all the time. It makes it really hard to know how much insulin to give when they are late with nadir.

If you post the last couple of weeks of his spreadsheet, we can help you with that. Also remember, we dose based on the low numbers we see, not the ones we guess.

I am going to try to get some info put in Buddy's SS, if I need help with dosing how do I get in touch with you for help.
