No patterns yet but there is evidence that he's responding to the insulin (dropping from pink to yellow). I'd try a dose increase to 1.75 u soon.

How would I draw 1.75 units when the u40 syringes only have half increments? Or should I just increase to 2 units given numbers on spread sheet?

If you have half unit marks on your U40 syringes, you can eyeball to the best of your ability half way between the mark for 1.5 u and the mark for 2.0 u. This type of eyeballing is done a lot and you'll get better at it with practice.

We generally recommend 0.25 u dose increments especially at low doses like yours. Just don't stay at an ineffective dose too long. After 4 cycles you can go to 2.0 u. I like that you're getting those evening tests. Add in some daytime tests here and there on days off.
