Do I up doasge?

My Vet just called and said to up Simba's dosage to 2 units. No way will I do that. I was thinking maybe 1.25. But would like help. Hopefully I uploaded the spreadsheet of his readings correctly. He is on 1 unit Lantus. The vert said his blood work was in the 560's. I'm going to request them to email all his blood and urine results.
