My cat had taken lantus 1 unit twice a day for about a month and was fine. Last week i started him on 1.5 unit of lantus since he had still remained in the high 300’s with his BG. No changes to his food except giving him more ( he was starving and i didn’t know it) he’s had diarrhea now for a few days. Anyone else experience this?
