? Diarrhea episode, what can it be?

Hi,

This evening my cat had a diarrhea although I didn't change anything in his diet. Has it got anything to do with any complications?
He refuses pumpkin and I don't know what medications I could give him.

Just like in humans, it could be caused by anything. Try some fortiflora, most vets carry it, about $28-35 a box of 30 powder packets. Just sprinkle it on his food and it'll settle his tummy. My cats love the flavor!

My cat Leo has IBD and diarrhea is a common symptom of his condition. I wouldn't worry too much unless he continues to have the diarrhea more than once or twice. They can become dehydrated from the water loss. There are a few meds that are used for diarrhea in cats but it does depend on what other conditions or health issues your kitty has. If it continues a trip to the vet would probably be a good idea.
