It looks like we had an inverse curve today... is anyone around that can take a look for me and tell me what they think? He's almost been like a ping pong ball the last several days... lower numbers one day, higher the next.

I had been keeping a check on Diablo's SS and actually had been thinking he needed an increase-- But, I agree this cycle looks inverse. I would decrease, keep a vigilant test on ketones and see what happens.

Just my thoughts...

Maybe .8 tonight-- but, I would be prepared to Increase quickly if his numbers go high.
 
He's at 1.2 now. Should I jump all the way down to .8 or just do 1? Before today I was thinking increase too..
 
Okay, I agree- go to 1 unit. He had some good numbers on 1 unit before.

You've already tried 1 unit and some of those cycles looked slightly inverse.

I would try .6u, that should tell you pretty quickly if less insulin is the way to go or not. If not then you can increase with confidence.
