Haven't been here in a while but I know there are people out there that have a diabetic cat with asthma and I need a question answered. I used to order my asthma inhler for Shelby from overseas as it was so much cheaper - Medicine Express it was called. Well, I went to website this last week and low and behold comes up with other websites on asthma, etc. and no more ordering from them so am at a loss here.
Where can we order inhaler from for asthma that does not cost an arm and a leg??? I used to be able to order 2 for $75.00 with no perscription needed. My vet called the pharmacy and the cost on one inhaler is $170.00!! Does anyone order from anywhere else that is less expensive? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Just to update you on Shelby - he has been insulin free now for 7 years but now he is in stage one of CKD (chronic kidney disease) but is doing very well. I hate CKD as I have already had one that died from it. An awful disease to deal with. Just had him to the vet last week and binder is keeping his phos down, vitamin B-12 is keeing him active and eating well, daily subqs are working, and Azodyl is working also. He is stable and maintaining. I keep my fingers crossed he will be with me for a long time yet.
Any information on where to order inhaler would be great. Thank you.
