Diabetes and steroids

My cat has dermatitis and at this point we are going to give him an injection of steroids, which will send his diabetes out of control. Has anyone dealth with this before???

Exactly what kind of skin issues are you encountering? There have been several people on this board that have battled skin issues with their kitties.
