I see no research studies cited on their website demonstrating success in a controlled trial, either with randomized double-blinded assignment, nor with a self-as-control ABBA research design to demonstrate that it works. What I see are testimonials plus a note that "All of our active homeopathic ingredients are recognized by the FDA, listed in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States, and indicated in the Homeopathic Materia Medica to relieve diabetes symptoms in pets." That wouldn't be enough for me to use it.
Its possible those ingredients may "support normal blood sugar in pets and promote natural healing". It doesn't guarantee glucose control, which is essential to keep your cat from suffering with the complications of diabetes. If I was even going to try it, I would do so as an adjuct to conventional treatment, not a replacement.
I suspect you are going to get better success with an appropriate low carb high protein moderate fat diet for your cat, possibly with insulin, and maybe by adding methyl-B12.
