I'm wondering if anyone knows how to determine the correct number of calories I should be feeding my cat.
Unfortunately I am stuck with dry food at present due to apparent GI intolerance of canned food. I will be working on that but in the meantime, wondering exactly how much Purina D/M and Royal Canin glycobalance I should feed (presently a little less than 1/4 cup purina with a few kibbles of glycobalance mixed in for fiber twice a day). This adds up to about 300 calories for my 11.5 lb cat, but I don't know if it's the correct amount. From the charts my cat is about ideal weight.
