Dental in the morning I forgot to ask vet about insulin dosage

Millie is an 11 yrs old calico on 2 units of ProZinc insulin twice daily and an asthma inhaler twice daily as well. She is scheduled for some teeth extraction in the morning and I didn't think to ask her new vet about giving her insulin. Millie is due at 2 am and her bg at 21:30 was 181 from Relion Prime meter. She is/was supposed to stop eating at midnight. Should I give 1 unit (half dose) at 2 am with a little food or not give at all since she won't be eating all day?

I think I gave slightly less or half because they aren't going to eat. I would half it.

Thank you, I ended up not giving it to her cuz I was scared it would mess her up and she did okay. She is home recovering and not feeling well at all because her teeth were really in bad shape.

My cat had had several dentals. I'm sure she will feel better soon
