Deli Meat treats?

Hi All!
Just wondering what kind of meats from the deli would be okay as a treat for Mowgli?
He was begging for some black forest ham this morning, and I told him I would ask if it is okay or not...He used to get ham as a treat before his DX, now I like to be sure before any kind of treat!
This includes any fruits? I imagine they might have too much natural sugars?

Of course you don't need to cover every meat in the deli....lol or every fruit out there!

Kiki and Bean eat deli turkey meat and Tucker hates any kind of real meat.

I have given ham to some civvies (civilian kitties, non-FDs), but I assume the sodium might be high so I stay away from that for the most part. I don't think I'd give the kitties anything too over processed, so I'd stick with turkey and chicken.

Ask to see the ingredient list. If there are no carb sources (sugar, honey, molasses, anything ending in 'ose) and the sodium content is reasonable, it should be okay. The only meat Minou will eat is deli turkey. I get her lower sodium oven roasted turkey.

All of my cats have eaten deli turkey and really liked it.

I've also gotten them cooked chicken cuz I'm too lazy to make it myself. It comes precooked and packaged.

Merlin also eats bacon - I give it to him once when I was making pasta carbonarra.
