Hi, if you remember me i was having trouble with my 13 year old Siamese back in November, well not any more!
Basically, over a week or 2 of testing him and him getting lowish numbers, I gradually took his dose from 2 units twice daily to nothing.
It's now coming up to 5 weeks without insulin and he's perfect :smile:
Still can't believe that after four months of injecting him twice a days, he is now off the insulin.Even my vet said early on that some cats end up coming off the insulin, but he didn't think Debloy would. Am so grateful .
So thank you all very much for your help and I hope this lasts!
