Daylight savings - time settings for posts

You may want to adjust your User Control Panel settings to "fall back" so the time stamp on posts is accurate. To do so, click on the User Control Panel Settings link that's located under the FDMB logo at the top left of the page. Next, click on the Board Preferences tab and go to the Edit Global Settings menu. On that menu, you can then change the radio button for Summer time/DST in effect to "No." This will have the posts stamped at the actual time for your time zone.

BUMP! This may be the reason why people are having problems posting this evening? Try changing your setting to indicate that DST is NOT in effect.

I don;t think it is the problem. I changed mine early this morning and had no slowdown problem until this evening.
