So I still have to figure out how to share my chart or attach it to my name. Marley is on Vetsulin 1 unit. It's his first full day on it, so he only had one dose at vet yesterday. He uses a human glucometer RightTest

Today after his breakfast and shot +2 305 +4 325 +6 348 +8 377 +10 414- and with that I gave him his dinner and another 1 unit.

Depending on tomorrows numbers I'm thinking we will have to go up in units- never saw a low so far. Feeling pretty overwhelmed and angry that yet another disease descending on our family. I hated pricking him, he hates it too....I only have to do this until we find his correct dosage right? Testing every 2 hrs? Seems so stressful for him as well.

@Marje and Gracie Please assist new Anette with linking her spread sheet into her Signature right.

@Deb & Wink Please help explain to new Anette in sticking to a right perhaps 1.5 units BID and how ordinary daily morning a.m amps, mid test and evening p.m pmps works.

You are doing FINE, Anette. :bighug:

You can't base a dose off of one day of numbers.
