Daughter dropped the Prozinc. Sunday so will not talk to vet until tomorr

We are out of town. Will not talk to vet until tomorrow. That will be two shots missed and it typically takes two days to get Prozinc. Will have to find it somewhere tomorrow. Anyone have advice on what else we can do?

You can try using the dropped ProZinc. If BG tests show it's working then no harm done. Or did the vial break?

It shattered. She said she could salvage a dose but I was worried about glass.

You could try the fdmb Facebook page and see if someone has extra in your area or call other vet clinics in the area to see if one of them has some on hand. I don't have the Facebook link. I'm not on Facebook.

Ask if your vet can maybe call around to other vets in the area? When Gypsy was diagnosed, a vet in the area had some ProZinc and my vet just called them and asked if I could have it, so I was able to get it that day.
