Dara and her cat Bob could use some more eyes to look at Bob's SS and give some dose advice for Lantus insulin over in the Feline Health forum.
She is doing a fair amount of testing. It looks like the insulin doses are barely budging the numbers. She probably should have changed the doses sooner.
1. I have suggested to Dara that she set her alarm for a couple of tests in the middle of the night over the next couple of days. To see if Bob was dropping low at night.
2. Bob may not be at a high enough dose yet.
3. I've even considered that the vial of insulin has gone bad and have asked her to check the insulin vial for issues.
I would like more thoughts of what else might be going on to help Dara and Bob out. Thanks.
