dangerous high glucose/dosing time

if someone can give me a quick advice by seeing Corky's spreadsheet, oh what to dose him. his dose has been decreased from 2.5 /1.75 / 1.25 / to 1.0 as of this morning 4:00 AM dose, due to very low glucose numbers. today it has been the complete opposite right this moment his glucose is at 350 and rising he feeds and doses at 4: 00PM . how much dose should he gets now, I only have 1/2 hour for an answer, please advise AS.A.P. Thank you

we had reduce on last dose to 1.0 since he's glucose had been so low so take advise and dose 1.25
