constipation still

Its been over 2 days since Riley had a bowel movement and I'm really concerned. Ive been giving him pumpkin daily but not working. I'm gonna go by vet today to pick up something they recommend and if I don't see anything by tomorrow he' going for a visit at doctors.

He is also sitting down a lot and having a hard time walking. I'm wondering if its because his back leg has lost a lot of muscle from the diabetes or something else is bothering him.

Do cats sit on their buts a lot when they are constipated?
 
He doesn't seem painful in his belly and it's not hard but what concerns me is the dragging of his right leg. He couldn't walk when he came home from the vet related to neuropathy and over time it got better. Well it's bad again and I can feel there isn't much muscle in back leg on that side. I think he jumped off chair and hurt himself.

I think he did go potty today.
