911 Constipation no poop for 5 days

EMERGENCY! My Mocha is 16 and has come out of diabetic remission. She has not pooped in 5 days or eaten. I have been syringe feeding her.
Have been to vet 3 times and ER last night. Have tried Myralax, Enema, Lactulose 3 doses of 1.6 ml and fluids everyday and still no poop. ER GAVE Cisapride and Metoclopramide for stimulation. Can anybody help me please to try anything else.

Did they do x-rays to see if there was anything blocking her? An object or soft tissue growth, either could do it.

Poor little girl, it sounds like you are doing everything possible for her. I'm sorry I don't have any other suggestions beyond what you are doing.

Yes they did X-ray and just saw poop and tons of gas but not impacted

yes they did enema
 
When was the enema done? If just yesterday it can take a day or two to get things moving.
I know how stressful it is, Jerry was exactly the same a few years back so I'm like the poop police around here now.
