Constipated Spice. What to give her

Hi everyone,

I think Spice is constipated because of her xray she has a stool that looks like it has not come out in 36 hours. Can i give her ex lax? What kind? Please help.

I'm surprised the vet didn't give her an enema to get that stool out so she would eat.
