Are online compounding pharmacies like Thriving Pets legitimate?

I am not aware that Thriving Pets does compounding. They do sell a lot of pet stuff including prescription meds. I use them a lot. By law, compounding can only be done for one patient, a company can't just compound meds and place it on the shelf and sell it later.
For compounding pharmacies I have used:
BCP in Texas
RoadRunner, and
DiamondBack

I currently use Roadrunner because they are about a mile from my house. I also have used Diamondbacks as well as they are in Phoenix too. One of my cats have Valley Fever and he is on fluconazole.

I contacted Roadrunner for an estimate on pet medications but they said they need an RX from the vet first before they can disclose prices. Is this their standard practice?
