I purchased it from Dr. Fosters and Smith. Its called Pet Authority Digestive Conditioner. Ingredients: Triple filtered spring water, lactobacillus cultures, caltures, yucca shidigera, cranberry juice concentrate, taurine, and Vitamin E.
It is for the digestive system and to help prevent UTI's. Chicken has had 2 UTI's in the past year and a half. She was on a AB so I purchased this to help counteract the side effects of the AB.

You were asking over in Simon's thread about if insulin can loose potency at the end of the bottle and it can so you may get more bang out of a new vial.
But not always, I used every last drop of insulin in the vial and it was still good after a full year. It could go either way.
I had to smile typing this, I miss Kim.
PS: Are you testing for ketones?

Tested for tones last week and test was negative. I did try and test this week however the first sample I took was to old. I tested it anyway and the test was negative however the sample was at least a hour old. Tried to get a sample this morning unfortunately the sample went on the floor and not the box. I dont think she will go pee again until around 9 pm tonight. I've got her bathroom habits down pat but sometimes she does throw me off.

Chicken's PMPS 278 dancing_cat We have not seen that low of a # in so long that it calls for a kitty dance!!
Fed 1/2 can FF spiked with 2 tsp Probiotic. Going to give her the other 1/2 can FF in about 3 hours spiked with a Zobaline

New insulin worked wonders I guess. Good to know cause Simon will be starting a new bottle in a couple of days so I will keep an eye out for lower numbers!
