Chart for flow of fluids

I seem to recall seeing a chart that showed how long to give xx mls of fluids for various gauges of needles. Does anyone know where this char might be? In my memory there seems to be a link with the word 'Jock', but don't remember if that was the cat or the owner. Thanks.
