Well I still haven't gotten a drop of blood big enough to get a reading on my meter. I decided NOT to shoot today. He is still not eating normally, and he vomited bile last night. He ate most of the food I put down this morning, but I can hear his poor tummy grumbling trying to digest it. I'm going to call one of the locals that were nice enough to pm me and maybe they can help me with my ear poking skills. I hope he's going to be alright. I think I may switch him very gradually to a low- carb kibble first (I know that's not ideal, but if the wet food is what has his tummy all twisted up, then that's how it has to be), then very slowly go to wet food. Can anyone suggest a lo-carb kibble? Does anyone know the percent carb in Blue Buffalo Wilderness lie-carb kibble? It's not on those Janet and binky lists, I don't think.
