Definitely looks like Mr. p is paying a visit. This is a stressful, but usually short lived period. Definitely get some U100 needles. It's time to minindose. You have to "chase" the numbers. So, like today, doesn't look like you can shoot at regular +12. But if you can monitor and as soon as he is in shootable numbers (you pick, somewhere around 170-180) and definitely rising, you give him a small amount. I'd start with .1/.2 maybe, until you see how he does and how the pancreas is helping. If it looks like that tiny amount isn't enough, increase by .1 You have to monitor often, but it could be OTJ time. (anti- jinx)
So you will be shooting off 12/12 - most likely in the +16 range or higher. And in tiny amounts.
