Cat’s Birthday—Homemade food recipes?

Hi there!

Setsuki turns 9 next week and I was wanting to give her a special dinner! She mostly eats fish based wet food—does anyone have recommendations on a diabetes friendly recipe to make her a nice dinner or cake?!

Not sure how many carbs are in 1 1/2 Tbs of flour, but here's a recipe. It says it has 1g of carbs but have no idea how to convert that to a percentage.
