Cat Treat Confusion

Hello everyone! My diabetic kitty Loki is on a limited diet and can only consume duck and rabbit as protein.

I could use your guidance on the following foods, which ideally, we'd use as treats:
Rabbit Crunchy Nibs
Duck Crunchy Nibs
Duck Soft Nibs

I used an online calculator to calculate carb %, but then I noticed some people on the FDB message boards recommended them. So I'm confused as to:

1. What's the carb % on these?
2. And if they're high carb, is it safe to give 1-2 pellets as a treat or will that affect BG?

Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide!! Our guy LOVES treats, and I hate that we don't have anything to reward him with.

Vital Essentials freeze dried nibs (and the patties too) are low carb. It's just meat and organs and some vitamin stuff. Freeze dried raw complete meals of most any brand are low in carbs.

Vital Essentials does make freeze dried treats in various proteins.
